Kinesiology is defined primarily as the use of muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body’s structural, chemical, and emotional energy. Kinesiologists undertake years of training to be able to access the movement of energy – or what the Chinese call Chi – around the body and brain.

I began study in Kinesiology at Western University with the intent of proceeding into a career that would help and inspire others to heal.   I studied for four years and along the way I was drawn to practice holistic therapy.  I was particularly interested in Traditional Medicine and Bodywork.
To support people in their desire for better health, and for a fulfilling, rewarding, happy life I studied the Japanese art of Shiatsu Therapy at Langara College in Vancouver BC.  Having been in practice now for over 10 years I am even more captivated by Shiatsu than when I first began study.  Its ability to nurture the Body, Mind, Heart and Spirit is profound.
